300g broccoli florets
190g pack Taste the Difference hand-shelled peas
Place the broccoli florets in a medium saucepan with the pears, each peeled and sliced into 16.
Add 250ml boiling water from the kettle and cook, covered, over a medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the peas halfway through.
Blitz or mash to desired consistency.
