2 tsp oil
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 celery stick, peeled and chopped
1 large sweetcorn
200g Jersey Royal potatoes
200ml whole milk
200g skinless and boneless haddock loin, chopped into 4cm cubes and checked for bones
Heat the oil in a saucepan and cook the onion with the chopped celery stick for 10 minutes, covered.
Take off the kernels from the sweetcorn and add these to the pan, along with the potatoes, chopped into 2cm cubes, and milk. Cook for 10 minutes.
Add the cubes of fish, then cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Mash or purée to the desired consistency for your baby.
